Digital Marketing Associate
We are looking for an Associate of Digital Marketing to join our growing team in NYC. The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with our company’s co-founder to assist in all areas of the company’s branding and digital marketing strategy, analytics, and execution. He/she will help build data-driving marketing solutions and campaigns to engage loyal and new customers through email and other digital marketing channels, as well as on the website.
Desired Skills:
While digital marketing experience is not required, the candidate must have analytical skills, a creative mindset, and most importantly a willingness to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced e-commerce startup. In addition, the candidate must have:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High-level proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on a team, but also to take initiative and work independently
- A genuine interest in working for a growing fashion and e-commerce company where every day is different
Responsibilities:
Key tasks will include, but are not limited to the following - we're a small team!
- Assist in development and planning of marketing campaigns ideas
- Oversee the execution of key campaign assets by coordinating with graphic designers, copywriters, product development team, etc.
- Manage scheduling, set-up, A/B testing, execution, and delivery of emails
- Develop and execute strategies for list segmentation and improving email list - conversation rates
- Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness; recommend optimizations and generate ideas to support content strategies, trigger campaigns, and lifecycle marketing
- Plan and manage execution of marketing banners and landing pages on site to coordinate with campaigns
- Develop and execute web content strategies to increase traffic to website and improve conversion rates
- Assist with keyword research, SEO strategies and paid marketing campaigns
Director of Events and Partnerships
We are looking for a Director of Events and Partnerships and to join our growing team in NYC. The Director of Events will be responsible for all in-person events, including pop-up shops around the country and events in our NYC flagship. He/she will also develop strategic partnerships to drive traffic, revenue, and awareness of the brand.
Desired Skills:
- Event planning experience
- Existing relationships with target corporate partners, or the ability to "cold call" contacts to develop relationships
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A genuine interest in working at a fast-paced growing fashion company
Responsibilities:
Key tasks will include, but are not limited to the following - we're a small team!
- Plan and execute target city pop-up shops (e.g., Philadelphia, DC, LA, etc).
- Find location, hire sales team, train sales team, manage logistics
- Plan and execute events in NYC flagship store
- Manage calendar to ensure 1 event is planned per week
- Develop corporate relationships and partnerships (e.g., banks, law firms, consulting firms, etc).
