How We Are Responding to COVID-19

Our hearts go out to everyone that has been impacted by COVID-19.

As we re-open our NYC Showroom, we are taking the following precautions to ensure that our showroom is safe for both our employees and customers. In accordance with the CDC and Governor Andrew Cuomo's restrictions and recommendations, here is what we are doing to make certain our store is reopening safely:

• Maintaining a disinfected space using EPA-approved products
• Asking that all of our customers and stylists wear a face mask and gloves at all times (we will provide both along with hand sanitizer and soap)
• Only one Of Mercer staff member will be in the showroom at a time
• Keep a mandatory 6-foot distance at all times
• Of Mercer staff will regularly clean and disinfect all showroom surfaces
• Restrict all walk-ins and offer appointment-only shopping to control how many people are in our showroom at once, along with allowing proper time to disinfect the space between appointments
• Ensure that all garments have been cleaned before a customer tries them on
• Encourage all customers to pack all purchases themselves to limit customer and employee contact
• Offer a touchless payment process
• Offer curbside contactless pickup

During this time, we are regularly adapting and changing our practices to ensure that all of our staff is following protocol that prioritizes their safety and health.
