5 questions for you...
1. What's the best advice you’ve ever given or received?
One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is that the key to success and productivity in life — and anything — is to make sure you move everyday. Movement has always been a major part of my life; it allows me to show up as the best version of myself and is a driving force behind my work as an entrepreneur.
2. How would you describe your personal style?
I’d say my personal style is classic. And I usually throw on a fun, colorful accessory for a pop of personality!
3. What was the last thing that made you laugh out loud?
My four-year-old son negotiating his bedtime last week. I learned his bargaining skills are much better than mine — four-year-olds aren’t supposed to be that good at deal-making!
4. What’s a productivity tip you swear by?
Being organized is the only way I can keep up with managing the many moving parts of an 18-month-old startup and with my life as a mom to a four-year-old (and baby number two, who is on his way!). As a busy entrepreneur, using Evernote and G-Suite help me keep it all together. In my personal life, I swear by Jetblack.
5. Think of the woman you most admire and name three qualities she exhibits.
This is a tough one! But I grew up watching Oprah every day, and she has always been someone I admire. Oprah’s emotional intelligence, grit, and authenticity are her three qualities that inspire me most on a daily basis — both in my professional and personal life.
