What is your go-to power outfit?
A black dress, black pumps, and a fabulous necklace!
What is your next professional goal?
I’d like to expand the impact of the influencer and partner marketing genre across my firm. I think we’ve only scratched the surface of this category and can unlock more powerful and creative engagements. I also want to continue sharing best practices and learning from other world-class marketing organizations.
Think of the woman you most admire and name three qualities she exhibits.
Honesty, compassion, and tenacity.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
There is a lot of advice I’ve received throughout my life, but the best advice is about gaining perspective. My husband Marc’s grandfather told me if you pooled everyone in the world’s problems into a bucket and had a choice of which ones to select for yourself, you would always end up choosing your own problems after all. Always put your problems—and your blessings—into perspective.
What is the scariest thing you’ve ever done?
When I visited Guatemala, I jumped from 25-feet into a pool of cave water in pitch black darkness. Terrifying!
What was the last thing that made you laugh out loud?
I’m not intending to make a political statement by sharing this, but the honest truth is that Stephen Colbert’s roast of Sarah Palin endorsing Donald Trump made me absolutely lose it. Colbert is hilarious.
What is your greatest indulgence?
I get a gel manicure every 2 weeks.
